Dr. Anand is the lead PI for HYDRO and the inventor of advanced water purification, dialysate regeneration, and sensing technologies. Her work has achieved a 1000-fold scale-up of an electrokinetic purification and desalination technology and advanced a label-free electrochemical sensor platform applicable to a wide range of charged analytes, including proteins, nucleic acids, virus particles, and bacteria.
